## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Partner Specialist to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of Red Bull Distribution and Trade Marketing targets through effective management of the Distribution Partners in the assigned region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the development and implementation of the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex with the Line Manager and Distribution Partner (DP)

- Build strong relationships with all departments within the DP and support them in driving, managing, and evaluating Red Bull trade initiatives

- Ensure DP implementation of Perfect Store standards per channel

- Coach and work with DP Sales Force to produce executional excellence

- Supply data for Red Bull internal reporting processes

- Track and report Key Performance Indicators relating to the Trade Marketing Calendar and Commercial Annex

- Conduct market visits to points of sale across the markets based on a monthly DPM Routines Calendar

- Support the DP to develop, coordinate, manage, implement, and assess Trade Marketing Calendar and communicate the outcome and learnings to the Line Manager

- Supervise and conduct spot checks on DP concluded trade agreements implementation and execution across the markets

- Prepare and lead monthly business review meetings with the DP sales management and team

- Plan and order off-premise POS material to cater for market requirements

- Review ROI for Red Bull in-market placed coolers twice a year

- Ensure DP delivers on timely distribution, PSA contracts, and depletions reports as per brand standards

- Fuel Sales Force Passion through recognition, reward programs, and sharing best practices

- Support internal Red Bull reporting requirements relating to Financial Sales, Trade Sales, Depletions Stock Flow, POS, Cooler Tracking, and Cooler Maintenance

- Utilize Business Intelligence Reports and other tools to support insight generation

- Review market performance with the Line Manager on a monthly basis covering DP and DPM scorecards

**Requirements:**

- University degree

- Smart thinker, quick learner, proven operational achiever with strong business acumen

- Excellent influencer with negotiation skills

- Highly numerate and analytical

- Clear and proven ability to implement successful trade marketing plans

- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability

- Creative mind, outgoing personality, and friendly

- Able to work independently with responsibility and be organized - result-oriented

- Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Internet Browsers, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- In-depth knowledge of trade and competitive environment

- Fluency in English

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry (beverage preferred)

- Knowledge of Abuja, Lokoja, and Jos open market/off-trade business environment

**Travel:** 20-30%
