## Description

Join Twilio as a Strategic Account Executive 3 - ISV, leading relationships with enterprise communications platform customers who consume messaging, voice, and email services.

You will protect and grow Twilio's communications business across assigned customers, driving analytical and consultative sales cycles with large-scale, global, competitively sourced, compliance-heavy, use case-specific businesses.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand key ISV customer accounts

- Develop and execute account strategies to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results

- Partner with Twilio teams to identify new revenue opportunities within account portfolios

- Serve on cross-functional account teams with representatives from product, finance, support, and services teams

- Run disciplined forecasts, achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management

- Conduct highly consultative sales cycles with largest customers, focusing on deep discovery and championing customer needs

- Generate and maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce

- Establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert, sharing industry updates with the GTM sales organization

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of tech sales experience, with at least 3 years in full-cycle closing roles

- Expertise in managing quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for customers

- Experience with relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting

- Ability to work with business and technical leaders, influencing understanding and building partnerships

- Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities and prove value

- Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models

- Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite to define processes and build programs

- Record of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale and enterprise customers

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Location: Remote - US (not eligible for San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or surrounding areas)

Travel: Approximately 15% travel anticipated
