As a Sr Product Associate, Rewards, you will learn the essentials of being a product manager and grow in four key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, and Transformational Leadership.

In the Rewards team, you will own the Loyalty Platform's front-end and back-end Program Management capabilities in the 'Set Up' domain, drive the roadmap for technical and process improvements, and lead benefit updates for future initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is intellectually curious, a communicator and influencer, a do-er, passionate and customer-focused, a learner, and a team player.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or military experience and at least 1 year of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products, 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences, and 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

The salary range for this role varies by location: McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900, Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400, New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400.

This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
