## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist at Pfizer, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures.

- Build partnerships with customers and effectively utilize resources to achieve work objectives.

- Plan and organize various academic meetings or activities.

- Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions.

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments.

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superior managers.

- Execute new initiatives implemented by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements:

- Education: University diploma or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.

- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, good English skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and learning willingness and capabilities.

- Experience: Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

- Integrity: Comply with company policies, industry standards, and laws, and maintain a high level of integrity.
