## Description

We are seeking a Specialized Client Success Analyst to join our Client Services team in Tokyo, Japan. As a Specialized Client Success Analyst, you will provide technical and operational support to Acquirer partners and online/offline merchants using Value Added Products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Act as primary technical point of contact for Acquirer partners, addressing technical challenges and payment system-related questions

- Manage partner/merchant escalations until issues are resolved

- Configure internal systems for effective processing

- Collaborate with engineers and technology experts to resolve issues

- Monitor accounts for optimal transaction performance

- Advocate for product enhancements

- Maintain expert knowledge of Value Added Products and services

- Build good business relationships with internal/external partners

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in client services, customer support, or account management within financial services, payments, or technology

- Prior experience with payment processing systems is strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of technical concepts and system requirements

- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and markup languages

- Experience in risk mitigation methodologies

- Proven experience in project management

- Experience supporting web-based applications

- Knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and system architecture
