## Description

We're seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor to building and enhancing our products, you'll develop features from end to end, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and serve community builder needs.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing product features, working collaboratively with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products. You'll contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll set and define standards that improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and help coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a passion for tackling complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience. You should have 6+ years of software development experience in one or more front-end focused programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6, and experience with one or more front-end web frameworks, including LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular.

You'll also need experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, Thrift basics, and the ability to design and implement maintainable APIs. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, are essential. An entrepreneurial spirit, self-direction, innovation, and a bias towards action in fast-paced environments are also required.
