## Description

We are looking for apprentices for the role of Kaufleute für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d) to start on 15 August 2027 at our location in Hamburg.

As an apprentice in dialogue marketing, you will be part of our team from the beginning and apply the learned competencies directly in the diverse and dynamic sales business of Vattenfall Europe Sales GmbH.

Your tasks will include:

- Advising and winning new customers

- Designing our service portfolio and developing innovative service solutions

- Analysing service-related key figures to control and optimise measures

- Planning and implementing training and quality assurance measures

- Communicating with external service providers and controlling projects in the sales and service environment
