## Description

We are seeking a Client Implementation & Service Team Member to join our team in Taipei.

The Client Implementation & Service Team (I&S) acts as a single, consultative point of contact throughout the client implementation and transaction lifecycle across cash management and trade finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Liaise with clients to ensure smooth implementation of required cash management and/or trade finance services within agreed timelines

- Coordinate with internal parties to promptly investigate and resolve outstanding issues

- Maintain close contact with clients to ensure services meet agreed expectations

- Provide pre-sales support, such as system demonstrations and business requirement discussions

- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience and solid banking product knowledge in Transaction Banking, Global Payments Solutions, and Trade Finance

- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple complex global projects

- Experience with digital e-solutions, such as H2H, API, and SWIFT for Corp

- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness

- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows
