## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Metro Centre, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. We're looking for down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.

You'll work varied shifts including Sundays from 14:00-18:00, Wednesdays from 17:00-21:00, and Saturdays from 12:00-16:00. During peak periods, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
