## Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Expert to join our team at Le Bon Marche in Paris. As a Beauty Expert, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our products in a creative and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on our products

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their features

- Create a personalized shopping experience for customers, offering makeovers and demonstrations

- Meet and exceed sales targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial objectives

- Manage stock levels and merchandise displays, reporting any incidents to your supervisor

- Build strong relationships with our partner and store team

Requirements:

- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products

- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Dynamic and persuasive approach to sales

- Experience as an artist or makeup artist is desirable

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in another language an asset

- Familiarity with social media platforms
