## Description

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to join its team in Mohali. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure. They will manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects

- Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, and customer leadership

- Drive effective governance through regular steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates

Requirements:

- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

- Minimum 6 years experience with managing projects related to cybersecurity solutions, services, or enterprise security programmes
