## Description

We're hiring Solution Architects to help top engineering organisations adopt AI-native software development in production.

As a Solution Architect at Cursor, you'll work directly with engineering teams to implement high-impact workflows, drive adoption, and help organisations transform how software is built with AI.

**Responsibilities:**

## Help Engineering Teams Adopt AI-Native Development

- Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organisations

- Configure environments, design workflows, and run enablement sessions

- Integrate Cursor into real production workflows

- Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption

- Identify and solve workflow friction

## Expand Cursor Across the Organisation

- Identify areas for Cursor expansion

- Help engineering organisations evolve to company-wide adoption

- Design rollout strategies for new workflows and teams

- Operationalize AI-assisted development at scale

- Collaborate with Account Executives during major expansions

## Become a Trusted Technical Partner

- Build relationships with developers, platform teams, and executives

- Lead architecture reviews and strategic planning discussions

- Advise customers on developer productivity and AI adoption

- Coordinate across teams to unblock customer progress

- Help organisations navigate workflow change

## Drive Real Customer Outcomes

- Translate adoption into measurable engineering impact

- Connect Cursor usage to outcomes like faster iteration cycles and improved productivity

- Help customers communicate Cursor's value internally

- Turn deployments into repeatable workflow patterns

## Help Make Cursor Indispensable

- Deepen workflow adoption and product stickiness

- Monitor competitive risk and help customers standardize on Cursor

- Support recovery plans when adoption slows

- Help customers build essential workflows

## Shape the Future of the Product

- Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering

- Identify emerging workflow patterns and enterprise requirements

- Help shape new capabilities through lighthouse customers

- Turn successful workflows into reusable playbooks

**Requirements:**

- Strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tooling

- Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager

- Ability to work hands-on with engineering teams and operate strategically with technical leadership

- Understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tooling, and enterprise engineering environments

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly

- Strong instincts around workflow design and adoption strategy

- High ownership and execution skills

- Passion for developer tooling and AI's impact on software engineering
