## Description

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Director to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Holistic Visionary, Designer, and Executor, you will be responsible for creating world-class meta experiences for players.

Battlefield is a renowned franchise with a 20-year history, boasting 100 million players and 5 billion hours played. Battlefield Studios is now defining the future of first-person shooters with Battlefield 6 and a new free-to-play universe, Battlefield REDSEC.

As a Senior Engagement Director, you will lead the vision and creation of entertaining and compelling meta experiences for players. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating a wildly entertaining vision by defining and guiding the long-term direction for Progression, Economy, Social, and Engagement systems

- Mobilizing world-class teams to create designs by evolving processes and structures within the design team and across disciplines

- Guiding world-class execution from high-level vision through implementation, iteration, and live operation

- Fostering perpetual learning and improvement, valuing diverse perspectives and innovation

- Mastering collaboration to inspire and unite teams across studios, time zones, and products

- Communicating vision and intent, articulating goals, trade-offs, constraints, and risks to partners

- Mentoring, coaching, and elevating talent around you

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience leading game teams and defining player-focused meta systems and design direction in a live service environment

- Experience and passion for meta design systems

- Demonstrated success in the gaming industry

- Strong understanding of mass-market player appeal, with the ability to innovate within established genres and expectations

- A player-first mindset balanced with strong product and business awareness
