## Description

As a Product Development Engineer at 3M, you will lead product development activities for technical formulation of graphic-related products, such as PVC and non-PVC digital printing graphic films.

You will collaborate with business teams and customers to identify new product opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes, product performance, and material specifications to enable successful NPI commercialization.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading product development activities for graphic-related products

- Collaborating with business teams and customers to identify new product opportunities

- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and validate processes, product performance, and material specifications

- Identifying patent opportunities and supporting enterprise intellectual property processes

- Applying disciplined project management practices to prioritize, execute, and document work effectively
