## Description

Logitech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee new product project development from PFE stage to MP/OSD to market.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate embedded software engineering, design, product management, and hardware engineering, as well as serve as a scrum master and lead agile practices within the software engineering group.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting multiple parallel product projects from feasibility stage to launch

- Developing full-scale project plans and communicating project goals with the project team

- Creating, publishing, and maintaining project plans and product cost computations

- Identifying and analyzing project risks and executing mitigation strategies

- Resolving project issues and conflicts, escalating unresolved issues to functional managers

- Collaborating with cross-functional and global teams in new product development and product launch

The ideal candidate will have:

- 4-8 years of direct work experience in a project manager role

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project

- Strong logic thinking to resolve project issues

- Good interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities

- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

- Experience in consumer electronics/digital & mobile devices is a plus

- Good knowledge of Project Management Standards and methodologies

- Proficiency in Agile document control and change management processes

- Effective use of Google/Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based applications

- Excellent English communication skills
