## Description

Leidos' Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing is seeking a Lead MES Administrator to support its Electronics Manufacturing Facility. This role involves integrating and leading the architecture of complex FactoryLogix solutions, developing technical specifications, and providing technical leadership and support.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Solution Design and Architecture:

- Integrate and lead architecture of complex FactoryLogix solutions

- Develop comprehensive technical specifications and design documents

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements

- Implementation and Configuration:

- Assist in executing the full lifecycle implementation of FactoryLogix modules

- Configure and customize FactoryLogix to meet specific manufacturing needs

- Integrate FactoryLogix with other enterprise systems

- Technical Leadership and Support:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders

- Mentor and train internal teams on FactoryLogix best practices

- Lead complex troubleshooting efforts for FactoryLogix-related issues

- Optimization and Documentation:

- Analyze existing FactoryLogix implementations to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for FactoryLogix configurations and processes

- Training and Collaboration:

- Provide hands-on support during implementation phases

- Lead training workshops for end-users and IT teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing systems

**Skills and Competencies:**

- Expertise in FactoryLogix configuration, customization, and integration

- Proficiency in APIs, databases, and middleware for system integration

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to develop and deliver training workshops and technical documentation

**Basic Qualifications:**

- BS degree in engineering or similar discipline with 8-12 years of experience

- 2+ years of experience in MES implementation, with a strong focus on MES Aegis FactoryLogix

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, IT systems integration, and enterprise applications

- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance
