## Description

We are looking for a Security Operator to join us in an embedded role to support the client's 24/7 global security operations.

You will support 24/7 physical security operations through alarm monitoring, access control administration, CCTV operations, incident documentation, dispatch coordination, and customer support activities.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in physical security operations, emergency response coordination, and security technology management.

As a Security Operator, you will help ensure the safety and security of Snap personnel, facilities, visitors, and operations.

This is an onsite role at the client's London office.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide timely response to alarms, incidents, notifications, and requests for service.

- Monitor and manage access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and communications platforms.

- Perform badge creation, modification, deactivation, and access-management support.

- Receive, document, categorize, escalate, and close security incidents.

- Dispatch security personnel, facilities personnel, and emergency responders as required.

- Support emergency communications and incident notifications.

- Respond to Jira tickets, calls, emails, and other customer service requests.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit trails.

- Participate in training, exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

- Ability to assess information, follow procedures, and make sound decisions.

- Basic understanding of security operations, dispatch, access control, or CCTV systems preferred.

- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and security technology platforms preferred.

- A current SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-3 years of customer service, operations, security, emergency response, or related experience preferred.

- Experience with Lenel, Milestone, Everbridge, Jira, or similar platforms preferred.
