As a Red Bull Student Marketeer at the University of Leicester, you will create and execute smart sales and marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

### Represent the Brand Both Offline and Online

You will wear branded apparel and drive the iconic Red Bull Mini on missions, and maintain a presence through social media. Grow Red Bull’s user base through product sampling at strategic locations and times, addressing consumer queries and concerns. Participate in Red Bull events and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

### Build and Execute Marketing Plans for Your University

Identify opportunities to bring the brand to life at your university. Leverage your network and build relationships with student associations and key stakeholders on campus. Map relevant student events and execute innovative plans to activate Red Bull within those local moments. Engage with campus micro-creators to expand Red Bull’s online reach.

### Collaborate with Sales

Support the sales team in finding new points of sale and events to distribute Red Bull on campus. Enhance in-store execution to grow Red Bull sales on your campus. Utilize assets from the world of Red Bull to increase product visibility. Embark on special sales missions, such as festivals, aboard the Red Bull Mini.

### Executional Excellence

Maintain a high level of detail in all areas of your role. Take care of materials and tools provided to ensure a premium brand image. Plan and report activities via the dedicated platform accurately and in a timely manner. Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.

Requirements:

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region

- Willingness to represent Red Bull in branded outfits while on board the Red Bull Mini

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends

- Desire to develop your talent and grow within Red Bull into a full-time role

- Valid UK driving license

- Enrolled at the University of Leicester
