## Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer (Consultant)-2 to join our Marketing Services team within the Services division at Mastercard. As a Graphic Designer, you will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.

The role involves working closely with Creative Desk Project Managers, Art Directors, and Copywriters to ensure end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for assigned customers. You will maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of content and design across all mediums to best industry practice standards and client branding guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns

- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency of content and design

- Producing communications material on time and to budget

- Presenting brand creative concepts to marketing teams

- Designing email and banners

- Creating graphical design elements using Adobe Creative Cloud

- Producing creative guidelines to ensure consistency of brand and creative across all mediums

- Optimizing graphic elements/image resizing

- Supporting Social Media efforts

Requirements:

- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and InDesign)

- Interest and ideally experience with Generative AI

- Strong portfolio of design work

- Understanding and experience in UX-based email design and UI design standards

- Experience executing campaigns in social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

- Bachelor's degree qualified, with postgraduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing

- English language proficiency (other languages a plus)
