### Job Summary

You will be a technical sales professional responsible for the Cisco brand with customers and partners in Canada. You will provide technical solutions to address customer and partner business needs, collaborate with the account team and connected sales teams on the customer plan, and serve as a trusted technical advisor.

### Responsibilities

- Provide technical solutions to address customer and partner business needs.

- Collaborate with the account team and connected sales teams on the customer plan.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by the account team and customer/partner.

- Lead engagements with IT & decision makers at customer/partner and LOB interaction.

- Translate customer/partner business needs into technical requirements.

- Develop and present relevant solutions based on technical and business requirements identified by the customer or partner.

- Identify latent customer needs and showcase cross-architecture solutions.

- Lead demonstrations that emphasize how Cisco solutions can drive business outcomes.

- Apply advanced competitive intelligence to differentiate Cisco solutions.

### Minimum Qualifications

- Proficient in English and Canadian French.

- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of demonstrated ability in a pre-sales engineering role.

- Master's degree and 6+ years of demonstrated ability in a pre-sales engineering role.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners.

- 6 to 8 years of communication and presentation skills.

- Observability or security pre-sales experience and AI experience.

- Cisco knowledge.

- Relevant industry certifications.

- Experience in a thought leadership role.
