## Description

We're looking for a Senior Security Researcher to join our R&D team. As a Senior Security Researcher, you will research and exploit weaknesses in LLM applications and autonomous agents. You will build attack tooling, agent harnesses, and reproducible evaluations that turn offensive research into measurable improvements in AI security and improve on Snyk's offensive security product offering.

Responsibilities:

- Research and exploit weaknesses in LLM applications and autonomous agents

- Build attack tooling, agent harnesses, and reproducible evaluations

- Improve Snyk's offensive security product offering

Requirements:

- Experience in AI red teaming, offensive security, LLM fundamentals, harness engineering, agent security, evals and benchmarks, experimental design, research engineering, failure analysis, and exploit validation and reporting

- Strong Python skills

- Experience with APIs, containers, browser automation, and building maintainable research tools

Collaboration and communication:

- Experience delivering research in a team and translating findings into actionable recommendations

- Clearly communicate complex research findings, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
