## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Prestatyn Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 05:30-09:30

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

**Additional Information:**

- The role involves working early mornings, and applicants must be at least 18 years old

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
