## Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Telematics team. You’ll help reduce friction in our sign-up and activation flow, and work on building customer stickiness by rewarding and engaging good drivers.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct research with customers to identify patterns and needs

- Design end-to-end journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished screens

- Use data and analytics to inform design decisions

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers

- Contribute to the design system and maintain consistency with the brand

- Use AI tools for research, analysis, and production

**Requirements**

- Commercial instinct with a portfolio that demonstrates business impact

- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and create efficiency gains

- Preference for shipping quickly and learning from real data
