## Description

As an Agile Dev Team Member IV at Capgemini, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to direct reporting staff of Agile Dev team members.

You will be primarily responsible for development or testing, ensuring technical feasibility using a range of coding methods and adhering to coding standards. You will ensure systems are architecturally sound, high in code and component quality, and easily modified to support future requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Interpreting customer needs and contributing to system design

- Breaking down features and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria

- Executing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)

- Performing broad and detailed impact assessments

- Supporting implementation activities, troubleshooting, and training

- Collaborating with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests reflect desired functionality

For development discipline:

- Coding instructions for computer programs/objects/components

- Configuring packaged software

- Providing expertise in solution design and functionality

- Reviewing and validating application technical design

- Analyzing and evaluating existing systems/procedures

- Researching and developing techniques for automation

- Documenting and implementing programs

For testing discipline:

- Analyzing system and business requirements for testability

- Developing, documenting, executing, and maintaining test cases and test data

- Identifying complex errors and conducting root cause analysis

- Reporting test plan execution status

- Conducting audits to ensure test planning and execution adhere to standards

You will also participate in key ceremonies, provide guidance to junior team members, and demonstrate ongoing thirst for knowledge and desire for continuous improvement.
