## Description

The OMNI Coordinator contributes to Sur La Table store success by managing inbound shipments, OMNI fulfillment, and inventory management.

This full-time interim role reports to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues

- Receiving and processing shipments, stocking products, and supporting the sales floor

- Managing OMNI channels, including BOPIS, Amazon Today, and Go Local

- Processing orders, pick-ups, and returns

- Researching and reporting inventory discrepancies

- Maintaining the OMNI hold area and ensuring compliance with inventory management systems

- Participating in markdowns and pricing changes

- Anticipating and solving problems

The ideal candidate has:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Sur La Table core associate

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays

- Excellent customer service skills

This is an interim role from October 15, 2023, to February 17, 2024.

The pay range is $18.40 to $21.25.
