- Champion Agile ways of working: Serve as Scrum Master for your project and product teams , coaching on Agile principles, facilitating sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews, and proactively removing blockers to keep delivery on track.

- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned: Prepare clear, timely status reports covering scope, milestones, risks, and budget.

- Manage budgets and vendors: Oversee budget tracking and vendor invoicing for your portfolio.

- Lead business analysis activities: Work with the team to define and track functional and technical requirements, document current and future state processes, and coordinate testing activities.

- Manage risk proactively: Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.

- Shape the roadmap: Partner with Product Managers to build out product and project roadmaps that reflect both business priorities and technical realities.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally across e-commerce systems, donation platforms, website CMS, or other Marketing Technology.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable engaging with variety of project collaborators from developers to executives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and drive decision-making.

- High levels of organization, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a distributed and fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:
