## Job Overview

As a Content Associate at Wolt, you will be responsible for managing the content and in-app presentation of the Wolt Market grocery catalogue in Slovakia. Your work will directly impact search and in-venue conversion, basket size, and customer experience.

## Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings, including descriptions, images, search terms, categorisation, and placement.

- Ensure content accuracy and update it regularly, finding and fixing gaps in data and the customer journey.

- Set up and improve local listing processes, venue setups, and test local nuances and special requirements.

- Develop and maintain assortment structure and in-app display, ensuring strong visibility and appealing banners.

- Collaborate on weekly promotions, including special promotions for events and holidays, discount rules, offers, and campaigns.

- Conduct test-and-learn initiatives to enhance the grocery experience and drive growth.

- Work with vendors, distributors, and brand data providers to confirm product details and process feedback.

- Collaborate with various teams, including Category, Content, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing.

- Utilise AI tools for task automation, data processing, and content creation.

## Requirements

- Passion for retail and grocery, with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

- Experience handling large amounts of product data efficiently, with strong data skills and attention to detail.

- Understanding of structured content and data flows.

- Customer-centric mindset with a holistic thinking approach.

- Self-starter with intrinsic motivation to deliver results and take full ownership.

- Comfortable using AI tools and keen to learn new ones.

- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and a team-player attitude.

- Good skills in Google Workspace or MS Office, especially spreadsheets.

- Fluency in both Slovak and English.
