## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at High Point Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation in Thomasville, NC.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice.

Responsibilities:

- Adhere to general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment

- Provide patient care assessment and treatment, including evaluations, treatments, and discharge notes

- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure legible records

- Meet department financial and productivity standards

- Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services

- Promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers

- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

- Provide age/developmentally specific patient care

Requirements:

- B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- Current licensure in the state of North Carolina

- CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C

Schedule:

- Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week with flexibility in daily schedule hours

- Intermittent Saturday clinic coverage (1/2 day every 8 weeks)
