## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Network Manager to join our team in the US.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our distributor network performance, drive business growth, and foster strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a communication strategy with distributor partners to implement Red Bull business strategies and priorities

- Ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives across RBNA departments and key stakeholders

- Implement systems to track and measure distributor partner performance

- Lead communication and engagement efforts with the On Premise Key Account team

- Facilitate training sessions for distributor partners

- Establish and manage KPIs for distributor partners

- Partner with the Director, On Premise to develop annual business plans for distributor partners

- Secure alignment and commitment on key business priorities

- Maintain consistent communication with distributor partner ownership and senior leadership

- Establish regional Point of Sale allocation strategies and execution plans

- Maintain expert knowledge of Red Bull business systems and tools

- Leverage business intelligence and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

- Assess regional route-to-market strategies and recommend solutions

- Develop and implement best practices across the distributor network

- Lead and support new distributor onboarding and transitions

- Lead team-based training and development initiatives for OPDMs

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support team growth and performance

- Serve as a key leader within regional cross-functional teams

- Create strong connections between functional strategies and marketplace execution

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry

- Distributor and supplier management experience required

- Strong knowledge of the On Premise channel and industry trends

- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

- Experience working with or managing a Direct Store Delivery network

- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Valid driver's license required

- Fluency in English, additional language skills an advantage
