## Description

We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Temporary Sales & Artistry Executive-North Carolina & South Carolina.

The Sales & Artistry Executive is responsible for representing the authority in the industry through sales, education and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory. The Sales and Artistry Executive is also responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury account in both Department and Specialty stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales: Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed plan for Free-Standing Store and Partnered Retailers.

- Customer Service: Lead by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service to drive Brand awareness in door.

- Team Development: Proactively anticipate staffing needs at our Free-Standing Store and in assigned market, including sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives.

- Operations: Implement door development plans and schedule support to address business growth needs.

- Store and Retail Partner Relationships: Establish and develop a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with the entire store team.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury industry experience

- 3+ years of Beauty/Luxury retail management

- Demonstrated ability in creating sales strategy and consistently achieving sales plans

- Ability to travel 75%

- Must be able to create winning partnerships with retailers.

- Demonstrated success in developing winning teams

- Must possess strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a productive environment

- Intermediate skills in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
