## Description

We're looking for a Night Manager to join our team at Asda in Roehampton. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the night team to ensure the store runs smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. You will be solely responsible for the store during the night and will need to be confident in overseeing operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy into action: planning and executing all trading activity on the shopfloor during the night shift

- Lead with impact: leading and coaching night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards

- Execution-focused: ensuring the shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to the day team

- Talent Development: listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business

**Requirements:**

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change

- Strong customer service focus

- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
