## Description

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist Assets to join our Shared Service Center in Munich. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for conducting routine accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and managing taxes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting

- Prepare and review financial statements, including monthly and annual closings

- Manage tax compliance, including tax returns and assessments

- Perform account reconciliations and analyses

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with group guidelines

- Provide support to the financial planning and analysis team

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in tax consulting or financial and accounting, ideally with a background in real estate

- Good knowledge of accounting standards under HGB and IFRS, particularly in the area of assets

- High IT affinity and very good MS Office and SAP skills (particularly SAP FI and SAP FI-AA)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
