## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Hengelo store, you will be actively involved in sales floor operations, providing customers with the best products or solutions using your specialised product knowledge.

You will serve as a point of contact for colleagues on the sales floor, addressing problems and complex customer queries.

You will also be responsible for training, supervising, coaching, and guiding your colleagues on the sales floor, providing proactive feedback to help them improve their work.

Together with your team, you will strive to continually improve the Coolblue store, sharing your ideas with the (Assistant) Storemanager.

The salary for this position ranges from € 2,891 to € 3,091 per month, based on 40 hours of work.
