## Description

As a Store Manager at Mejuri, you will be a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen. You will drive the growth and awareness of Mejuri in your store and market, leading a team and setting an example.

You will manage and provide oversight on all aspects of profit, customer, people, merchandising, and operations in your store, partnering with various cross-functionals to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving revenue and profitability

- Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximizing results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensuring positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings

- Managing inventory, order fulfillment, storage, and organization

- Maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house and store supplies

- Mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product

- Identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

You will also focus on merchandising, including ensuring Mejuri brand standards, monitoring assortment performance, and overseeing implementation and maintenance of retail campaign signage and windows.

In terms of people management, you will:

- Plan and ensure the right people are in the right positions

- Own the sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent

- Validate and participate in the successful integration of new talent

- Train and develop team members

- Ensure store schedules are supported with high-quality and accurate inputs

- Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive work environment

This role currently has a base pay range of £60,000- £65,000 per annum based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
