## Description

This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager role. The Sales Trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.

### Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee will:

- Participate in a training program to develop skills for the Account Sales Manager role

- Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed

- Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large and small format 'off-premise' stores

- Ensure effective customer service in a safe, productive, and professional manner, complying with Red Bull's executional standards

#### Key Areas of Responsibility:

- **Training**: The Sales Trainee role is a training position that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager role upon successful completion of the program.

- **Business Acumen**: Understand the basics of Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, and establish friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

- **Daily Preparation**: Obtain necessary tools and communicate with Account Sales Managers and Direct Sales Managers on daily priorities.

- **In-Route Support**: Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed and meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- **Off-Route Support**: Assist with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

#### Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
