At Capital One Canada, we're on a mission to change banking for good. We're seeking a Manager, Product Management to join our team. As a Product Manager, you'll turn complex financial challenges into transformative change, solving meaningful problems that improve the financial well-being of millions of Canadians.

You'll drive high-scale impact by solving core customer problems to create high-value products that directly accelerate business growth. You'll exercise high ownership by owning and executing your own product strategies from day one, backed by hands-on training, continuous upskilling, and the autonomy to ship at pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Fostering an environment where customer-backed thinking is a part of the team's DNA

- Leveraging your understanding of the end-to-end customer experience to ground and build product vision and strategy

- Defining key success metrics and measurable outcomes that matter for your domain and prioritizing work to achieve those outcomes across multiple teams or problem statements

- Exploring domain-relevant technology to support discovery and applying learnings to push the boundaries of what's possible today

- Working in multiple problem spaces and appropriately prioritizing problems on your roadmap to maximize impact

- Contributing to team culture and our product community to attract, develop, and retain top talent

We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of Product Management experience, experience creating and delivering customer-centric, data-driven product vision and strategy.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $157,400-$179,600. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es).
