About the role: Our Assistant Store Managers assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They support, coach, and motivate the store team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints.

- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.

- Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities.

- Bring our convenience retail strategy to life.

- Flexibility to work weekends and overnights when needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
