You will be a Sales Advisor - Foods at Marks & Spencer's Liffey Valley location.

#### Hours of Work:

- Sunday: No set hours

- Monday: No set hours

- Tuesday: No set hours

- Wednesday: 19:00-23:00

- Thursday: 19:00-23:00

- Friday: 19:00-23:00

- Saturday: 19:00-23:00

**Full flexibility is required outside of these hours.**

#### Purpose:

Your job purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in-store and through all digital channels.

#### Key Accountabilities:

Customer:

- Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role-modelling service behaviours.

- Prioritise customers before tasks.

- Deliver an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability.

- Participate in Plan A activities to support store and local community initiatives.

Selling:

- Sell confidently to customers using product knowledge to sell more in-store and through digital channels.

- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations.

- Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets.

- Create selling opportunities at all service points.

Store:

- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.

- Follow safe and legal working practices.

- Work productively to minimise losses throughout the store.

- Deliver key activities and operational processes within areas of responsibility.

Team:

- Adapt and work flexibly across the store to support colleagues and meet customer and business needs.

- Take ownership of personal development and seek opportunities to grow knowledge.

- Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to encourage learning and development.
