## Description

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager for its West Coast division. The successful candidate will provide high-level technical leadership and guidance for assigned projects or portfolios, ensuring they meet client objectives and solve challenges.

The role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, tracking progress, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project proposal development, cost estimation, and resource planning

- Developing work breakdown structures and estimated costs

- Establishing technical review processes and adhering to QA/QC plans

- Mentoring project team members and supporting their growth

- Performing margin analyses and managing project finances

- Coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and team members

- Ensuring compliance with WSP's core values and corporate standards

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field

- Essential project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

- 12+ years of experience in project management within the Power Delivery/Utility industry

- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

- Proficiency with MS Office, project management tools, and technical writing

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000-$220,000.
