## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the São Paulo region.

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing national marketing strategies at a local level, increasing brand value and sales volume.

Key responsibilities:

- Execute national marketing strategy locally with excellence

- Develop and execute regional plans with a focus on proximity and frequency

- Lead consumer collecting programs

- Develop new ideas and initiatives to promote brand love and product affinity

- Define regional objectives and goals for Field Marketing Specialists

- Manage budgets and expenses

- Lead and develop a team of Field Marketing Specialists and Student Marketeers

Requirements:

- University degree in a related field

- Experience in marketing, preferably in sports and culture

- Experience in people management, recruitment, training, and motivation

- Strategic thinking, proactivity, and execution capabilities

- Knowledge of local scenes and networking skills

- Creative mindset with a track record of implementing new ideas

- Advanced English language skills

- Availability to reside in Campinas/SP
