## International Supply Chain Intern

### How You'll Make an Impact

As an International Supply Chain Intern, you will:

- Develop and maintain training and process documents for International Customer Service

- Analyze and resolve customer or quality issues discovered via incident reporting system

- Support documentation and compliance of export customer shipments

- Analyze and process ocean freight and export logistic invoices

- Communicate, analyze, and support supply chain performance metrics

- Participate in cross-functional project work with marketing, sales, product management, supply chain, and directly with customers

### What You'll Need

- A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and critical thinking

- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or a related business field, at least at the sophomore level

- Strong problem-solving skills and persistence

- Comfortable working in a team environment

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Spanish language skills are a plus

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop training and communications

## Benefits and Work Environment
