## Description

Palantir’s in-house Legal team works to proactively address legal issues and enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. Legal Operations is the backbone of the Legal team and is key to fulfilling Palantir’s mission.

As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing on workflows as well as streamlining strategic processes and operational functions of the Legal team.

## Core Responsibilities

- Execute legal operational workflows and procedures as a first point of contact, looking for ways to continuously improve and drive efficiency

- Support execution of legal requests, including coordinating approvals, signatures, documentation, and other operational follow-through

- Manage and triage incoming requests and correspondence for the Legal team, ensuring items are appropriately prioritized, routed, tracked, and resolved

- Scale the operations, systems, and ongoing innovation of the Legal team in partnership with existing Legal Operations leaders and teammates

- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members, leaders, and business counterparts to spend time on what they do best

## What We Require

- 3+ years of operational experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment

- Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software

- Meticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics

## Additional Information

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $110,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
