## Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Red Bull Canada, you will play a crucial role in sourcing exceptional talent across various functions. You will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, and be responsible for supporting full lifecycle recruitment, coaching hiring managers, and managing a diverse portfolio of job openings.

**Areas of Responsibility:**

- Support full lifecycle recruitment, including profiling, process, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for openings across all departments within Red Bull Canada (RBCA) and Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD).

- Coach hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices with a focus on finding extraordinary talent.

- Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 20-25 concurrent requisitions, balancing high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill hiring needs across multiple business units.

- Utilize hiring resources, provide talent context, and leverage networking skills to meet talent needs.

- Review, interview, assess, and provide feedback on candidates.

- Manage the offer process and provide sound recommendations by partnering with hiring teams.

- Provide talent context to support 'top talent' decisions for hiring managers.

- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools.

- Cultivate relationships with internal leadership and Talent (HR) Business Partners to understand business initiatives and overall strategy.

- Promote transparency in the talent acquisition process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent.

- Work with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for future talent needs and pipelines.

- Utilize diversity recruiting strategies.

- Maintain current market research on the DSD/CPG talent landscape and relevant industry dynamics.

- Own the candidate experience from start to finish.

- Deliver a consistent recruiting experience to the business.

- Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition in a high-volume setting.

- French-language proficiency is considered an asset.

- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.

- Understanding of recruitment sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed strategies to attract top talent.

- Knowledge of CPG/Retail, and a familiarity with DSD is preferred.

- In-depth understanding of the full cycle recruiting process.

- Experience with an ATS; SmartRecruiters experience preferred.

**Benefits:**

- Expected annual base salary range: $73,150 to $80,850.

- Eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull's bonus plan.

- Travel 10-20%.
