## Description

We are seeking a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join our team at Sandhills Court Care Home in Scunthorpe. As a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents. You will dream up exciting events and hobbies that residents will love, such as arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and even pub quizzes.

You will work closely with our residents and care teams to create tailored activity plans. Your responsibilities will include:

- Running morning and afternoon activity sessions

- Producing and updating an activity planner for the home, working to a set activities budget

- Organising birthday surprises for our residents

- Liaising with external companies and performers from the local community to organise days out/events at the home

- Organising one to ones with our residents, this might involve reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading or just a cup of tea and a chat

- Supporting the home with their social media channels as required

In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of £12.75 - £13.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also benefit from our comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
