## Description

As a Senior Sales Employee in our stores, you will advise customers on the most suitable products using your specialised product knowledge and asking the right questions.

You will provide tailored solutions so every customer leaves the store with a smile.

You will also think along with us on how to improve processes and the customer journey in the store.

Additionally, you will be the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor for problems and complex customer queries.

You will set an example for your colleagues by helping them improve their work through adapted coaching and guidance.

You will contribute to the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they feel welcome.

The requirements for this role are:

- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role in a store

- Experience in managing and coordinating employees is a plus

- You work within the store's opening hours, including weekends and evenings

- You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and, at French-speaking locations, knowledge of French and/or English
