## Description

Join Fortrea's Clinical Data Management sponsor-dedicated team as an Associate Clinical Data Manager, working remotely. You'll be part of a world-leading team, working in a collaborative environment with exceptional people.

The Associate Clinical Data Manager role involves managing the full cycle of Clinical Data Management queries, working closely with Senior CDMs, Data Coordinators, Statistical Programmers, and others.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist and lead operations teams, developing project documentation, system setup, data validation processes, and procedures.

- Build study milestone timelines and ensure on-time deliverables.

- Lead internal and external DM meetings.

- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues related to Clinical Data Management.

- Develop an understanding of CDASH and SDTM standards and their impact on programming teams.

- Conduct lessons learned and disseminate across the organization.

- Act as a team leader or mentor for Clinical Data Management colleagues.

**Your Profile:**

- University/college degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related subject.

- Experience in clinical data management as a Lead DM or Senior CDA.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, and biometrics.
