**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and lead a team aligned with ATI's mission, fostering high-quality, patient-centered care.

- Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.

- Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment.
