## Description

GSK is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Digital Workplace Experience to manage the domain's demand and portfolio of work, sequencing delivery against strategy, capacity, and dependencies.

The role runs lean portfolio management for the domain across End User Computing and Mobile Device Management, Productivity & Collaboration, and Global Site Experience, steering with flow metrics and OKR progress, and feeding the domain portfolio into the enterprise view.

Key responsibilities include:

- Running lean portfolio management for the domain

- Owning the prioritisation framework

- Sequencing delivery against strategy, capacity, and cross-platform dependencies

- Linking every item of work in the portfolio to strategy and to domain OKRs

- Steering the portfolio with flow metrics and OKR progress

- Providing portfolio reporting, forecasting, and transparency

- Applying central portfolio standards

- Tracking benefits and value realisation

- Coordinating supplier and managed service demand

- Running the domain portfolio governance forums

- Using AI tooling to accelerate portfolio analysis

- Holding boundaries with domain leadership, Tech Finance Manager, Product Owners, and Investment & Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

- A degree in a technology, engineering, or business discipline

- 15 years of experience, with 6-8 years in portfolio management, PMO, or delivery management

- Practical experience of lean or agile portfolio management

- Experience managing demand intake and holding a single route against pressure to bypass it

- Experience sequencing delivery across multiple platforms with competing dependencies

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent facilitation skills

- Ability to challenge incomplete inputs constructively

- Understanding of partner-delivered work

Desirable skills include:

- Strong understanding of End User Computing, Mobile Device Management, Productivity & Collaboration, and Global Site Experience capabilities

- Leading Digital Workplace Scrum Masters & Project Managers

- Knowledge of Pharma practices, GxP, Validation, Audit readiness, and how to optimise delivery
