## Description

We are seeking a Junior Finance Manager to join our finance department for a period of 1 year, covering parental leave. As a Junior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including controlling, financial planning, accounting, and administration.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyses

- Develop new analysis structures and identify areas for improvement

- Evaluate business cases and work with key account management to identify potential opportunities

- Manage financial transparency and evaluation of measures

- Collaborate with the lead to create latest estimates and budgets

- Participate in integrated business planning and develop an understanding of relevant drivers

- Ensure accurate cost allocation and manage accounts payable and receivable

- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

- Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable

- Strong Excel skills and experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in German and proficient in English
