## Description

We're looking for a consultant to join our premium concierge service team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with clients via chat, phone, and email to help resolve issues and provide support.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email to help, solve problems, and provide support

- Search for required information in open sources to become a master of quick and accurate research

- Create a great experience for each client with attention, care, and a touch of service magic

- Adhere to information security principles when working with confidential data

- Collaborate with a multicultural team of specialists from various fields

Requirements:

- Fluent Ukrainian speaking and writing skills

- Ability to explain complex things simply and clearly

- Experience in customer communication (in-store, online, or via DMs)

- Attention to detail and ability to search for answers

- Multitasking and focus

- Positive attitude and responsibility

Nice to have:

- English language skills

- Knowledge of CRM systems

- Experience with ticket monitoring on Booking/Skyscanner
